I would really appreciate your prayers today. I'm 17 years old and sitting the UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test) in a few hours, and I am feeling incredibly overwhelmed.
I am currently in Year 12 and have always been a high-achieving student. I'm my school's School Captain, generally a straight-A student, completed a university course while still in high school and received a distinction, and participated in accelerated studies in Year 11. I've spent a lot of my life putting pressure on myself to succeed academically and trying to live up to everyone's expectations.
Unfortunately, I've been dealing with significant burnout this year and did not prepare for the UCAT as much as I should have. I feel guilty about that, and now that the exam is only a few hours away, I feel physically sick with anxiety. My heart is racing, I feel like I could cry at any moment, and I can barely think straight.
Medicine has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I feel a lot of pressure surrounding this exam. I know one test does not determine my worth or my future, but right now it certainly feels that way.
I would be so grateful if you could please pray for:
Peace and calm throughout the day.
Clarity of mind during the exam.
Wisdom and good judgment when answering questions.
The ability to remain focused and not panic if I encounter difficult sections.
A strong performance and, if it is God's will, a score that reflects my abilities.
Trust in God's plan for my life, regardless of the outcome.
Comfort and strength for my family and me as we navigate today.
I would especially appreciate prayers through the intercession of St. Joseph of Cupertino (patron saint of examinations), St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Dymphna, St. Padre Pio, St. Jude, and Our Lady.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and pray for me. I know there are many people carrying much heavier burdens than an exam, but today this feels very heavy to me, and I would be deeply grateful for your prayers.

ananomys , 7/23/2026 - My parents Glenda and Al had an issue with a bank; I hope they don’t go to the bank I go to. I hope they don’t go to a bank until after July 29th, except for depositing, get cash or get money from a job. I really hope to get money I am owed very soon. Transportation is an issue though, as we need new van. Speaking of travel my dad is sick recovering from surgery. My mum plans to go out of town but it’ll be very expensive, one the bus and two a taxi (to one city to another) and she needs my help with computers, long story, but I worry about being there for a very long time without being able to go to church, getting things we need will be a nightmare, and I won’t be able to get what I need, as I won’t have a medical scooter and the lack of money doesn’t help. I need to pay things off, which seems very hard to do now.

I sincerely confess that I sinned against God and was unfaithful in my marriage. I deeply repent and ask God for His mercy, forgiveness, and the grace to live according to His holy will.
My marriage has come to an end because we realized we have fundamentally different views on life and family.
Bibiana is not my wife. I care for her deeply, and in my heart I feel called to love, protect, and care for her. If this truly comes from God, I ask you to pray that He heals what is broken between us, removes every obstacle, opens our hearts to one another and, if it is His holy will, unites us in faithful, Christ-centered love. Steve, 7/20/2026 - My mum Glenda is getting extremely strict. My birthday was sort of okay, but she like today threatened to kick me out, today was worse. Maybe she’ll leave me home alone for a long time or actually kick me out or something of that nature. My parents van doesn’t work that well anymore, but yet my mum wants to leave town to another house my family has in another city, don’t know if I am allowed to come or not. She got so mad at me, help me treat her better, despite the fact that she doesn’t treat me that well either, and acts like a spoiled brat when she doesn’t get what she wants (even on my birthday). They are things I want but I know I will not get, most of the time, I don’t let it show and just let it go, but my mum on the other hand, is a nightmare (most of the time when she doesn’t get what she wants). I hope I still can go to a friend’s birthday party on Saturday and hope it doesn’t rain.
